Kate Hughes is a certified movement and wellness coach. Services offered through this site, including any coaching, consultation, cohort, or program, are educational and movement-based in nature.
If you or your child are currently working with a physician, therapist, or other licensed provider, movement coaching offered here is intended to complement, not replace, that care. If a concern raised falls outside the scope of movement and wellness coaching, you will be encouraged to seek support from an appropriately licensed professional.
While movement coaching may support focus, coordination, confidence, and general wellbeing, no specific outcome or result is guaranteed for any individual or child. Every person and family is different.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting any form. You agree not to submit confidential, medical, or identifying information about a child through any inquiry or referral form on this site.
If you refer a child or family to Kate, you represent that you have appropriate authority or reason to do so, and that any information shared is general in nature. Kate will follow up directly and privately with the referred party as appropriate.
